As Assistant Project Manager, you'll be responsible for - Site Visit at daily basis to check the progress of the ongoing projects Either managing their own projects or assisting Project Managers / Senior Project Managers in the management of the project budgets, monitoring the expenditures and costsClient Details Our client is based in North London specifically set up to develop the portfolio of a high net worth family (property portfolio currently valued at over £570m and growing) The business focuses on converting existing commercial buildings into high end residential units via demolition or rebuild. The portfolio is countrywide, but primarily focused across London & the South-coast where their second office is located. In total, the business employs circa 60 employee's across the country and will be looking to grow further over the coming 6-12 months. Description As Assistant Project Manager, key responsibilities include: Taking accurate records of meetings, managing the change control process using a pre-agreed client process and assisting with successfully managing the project through to handover and completion Liaise and assist the on site team for technical aspects Liaise with subcontractors Check programmes and if targets are met Report to Directors about the progress Profile The successful candidate will have a minimum 1 to 2 year's experience as Project Manager, Architect or Structural Engineer and looking to grow their career in an environment that offers excellent exposure across a range of projects, and genuine career growth.
