We are a small, friendly firm of Chartered Accountants based in the centre of Harrogate looking for an experienced Client Administrator who is capable of multi-tasking and working competently without supervision (full training will be provided).

As well as providing administrarive and secretarial support to the Partners and technical staff, you will be the welcoming face of the firm so providing a professional service to clients on the phone or in person is essential.

This role is 100% office-based but flexible/part time/school hours will be considered.

Other duties include;

  • Maintaining and updating various workflow processes on Excel
  • Typing and processing of client documents.
  • Preparing invoices during the monthly billing cycle

  • Opening and organising post, franking mail and dropping off at the post office as required.

  • Maintaining file archiving system

There are also opportunities to become involved in other areas of the business including marketing, social media, credit control and payroll.

Having a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel is essential together with excellent communication skills.
