Client Systems Project Manager £46-55k basic, plus Benefits (£7K+) London W1T Area Permanent Full Time / Hybrid Working We are looking for an individual keen to join the Client Systems team to spearhead the development of CRM and associated systems, primarily for pipeline and risk management and associated areas. The successful candidate will lead the gathering of the brief and specifying of requirements across projects as well as the upgrading and enhancing of our systems. You will work closely with the Client Systems teams in each region, as well as be part of wider Digital Technology projects. You will be taking leadership of significant projects within the pipeline and risk management side of client systems, including the automated validation of clients, single Client ID across enterprise systems, contract repository, and the passing of fee extensions into the finance system. You will make an impact in this role by: Upgrades to systems to meet needs of stakeholder groups and to provide a better user experience. Managing the interface with our in-house development team, clarifying requirements when needed, monitoring progress, organising user testing and assisting with associated training and communications to staff. Input into the improvement of data quality. The interface with the ADS team and taking the role of data steward for CRM. We are looking for someone who has the drive to improve and enhance our client systems. The candidate must have a good knowledge of our CRM system and of bidding procedures. Is this role right for you? If so, you'll likely have: Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics and how to interface with other softwares and ideally Sharepoint Analytical skills to take briefs from stakeholders and distil into a set of requirements Good writing and presentation skills to be able to inform stakeholders and client systems staff across the world of proposals. The ability to write detailed technical requirements documentation for development team to base their work off. To include attention to detail and an understanding of consequences to any change. An understanding of the importance of data quality and the data needed to support stakeholders. Organisational and team skills and the ability to interface with people across all regions.
