The key role components will include:

  • Reporting to Executive leadership with overall responsibility for financial accounting, finance operations, change management and projects
  • Leading, training and developing a team of qualified & part qualified Accountants
  • Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs to align with strategic objectives & direction
  • Creating, developing and executing accounting solutions/operations for new product lines & services
  • Owning and developing governance, frameworks & financial controls
  • Identifying, planning and execution of process & continuous improvement initiatives

  • Qualified Accountant with strong post qualification experience
  • Financial services sector experience
  • An experienced people manager
  • Excellent financial accounting skills
  • Strong projects and process/continuous improvement experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
