Business Analyst £50-60k Hybrid/South HertfordshireBusiness Analyst - South HertfordshireMajor insurance provider currently experiencing rapid growth is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the software development process. This role will involve analysing business processes and systems, investigating the current situation, identifying gaps and documenting improvements required.MUST HAVE Previous background (minimum 5 years) as a Business Analyst working directly with developers/SDLC knowledge/product teams. Requirements gathering and analysis for strategic projects and the development team to support the Agile development delivery (traditional requirements, user stories. process analysis, process flows) Planning, managing and running workshops, interviews and prototyping sessions in order to elicit requirements. Creating and maintaining requirements documentation including business process flows, which can be used to gain stakeholder agreement as well as provide suitable information to developers to build/configure products. Becoming the expert in the systems requirements during the implementation of a project. Experience of third-party supplier liaison / management and engaging and co-ordinating multiple parties to get the job done Strong written and verbal communication skills and extensive senior stakeholder engagement.Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
