HR Director - The Role:

At Gingko People you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients as well as supporting other Senior Human Resource Consultants to get the best outcomes for their clients. The role has many opportunities for you to develop skills in additional areas as we are looking for someone who will input into our Sales and Marketing activities in order to get the best outcome for our clients. Your day-to-day role will require you to provide valued input to our senior consultants and be a fully participative and active member of our highly collaborative and innovative client-service team. You will actively drive the growth of our business as we expand and continue to evolve how we work and help companies to win.

Are you a HR Professional with previous experience bringing on new clients?

HR Director - Key Responsibilities:

- We are looking for someone who can demonstrate real impact within business and has creative approaches to measuring this impact. You will be building upon your existing experience of working across multiple components and industries to get best outcome for our clients

- Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters

- Working as part of a project team(s), work streams and workforce optimisation interventions in a broad range of industry sectors

- Being actively involved in the Mission, Vision and Values of Gingko People to help drive the business forward

HR Director - You:

- You will be CIPD Qualified alongside equivalent practical experience

- You will have demonstrable experience across different sized companies and sectors

- You will have experience of working with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation and be happy working as part of a wider team as well as autonomously

- You will have demonstrable experience of deploying initiatives and project management

- You will have a pragmatic approach to problem solving

- Ideally, you will need to be proficient with different payroll and HRIS systems and competent in Microsoft Office Suite applications

- Understanding of UK Legislation and Employment Law

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Willing to learn and a strong contributor of ideas

- Takes ownership and responsibility of tasks and uses initiative

- Calm under pressure

- Ability to prioritise work and achieve deadlines

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Customer-focused

- Highly proactive and a natural problem solver

- Organised and able to prioritise
