We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to be part of the ERP Support and Projects Team.
This experienced candidate will work with the extended support teams to maintain our Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and RFSmart application, as well as working with business partners to reengineer processes, enhance functionality and improve the overall user experience. Support team members are responsible for the day to day support of AX ERP, including by not limited to; managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues in the ERP by recreating the user scenario, conducting meetings and screenshares with users to capture process or functional problems, etc. Additionally, the ERP Analyst will participate in the execution of the ERP design relative to process improvement, new projects, and supporting ERP implementations. Scope of work may be limited to a single AX module or span the entire functionality of finance, sales, supply chain (+ manufacturing) and retail/mPOS. Deep understanding of inputs and outputs of each module and the impact on other modules; ability to navigate module forms, knowledge of setups, journals, with a clear understanding of how a module and its contents impact other AX functions and transactions are required in this role. Understanding the relationship between the ERP and RFSmart will be critical in being successful in this role.
Successful individuals will work closely with the business users, leadership, external partners and IT to successfully support, maintain and document processes supported by both standard and highly customized ERP functionality including RFSmart. ERP Analysts will be expected to help develop repeatable and measurable support and project processes.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
Work cross functionally with IT and extended support teams to support MS Dynamics AX ERP
Train business users and team members in Dynamics AX modules
Responsible for specific business processes and modules (e.g. manufacturing, sourcing, planning, warehousing, sales, retail/mPOS)
Lead and support ERP go live activities and provide post go live support to ensure successful implementation and user adoption
Function as a core ERP team member and subject matter expert working cross-functionally to support and implement MS Dynamics AX
Remain knowledgeable of all AX ERP requirements and manage process improvements within a timeframe which supports the overall ERP landscape
Keep management informed about support and project objectives and progress, as well as ensure communication through the use of standard tools and reporting rhythm - including gaps, open items, status and critical upcoming decisions/events.
Act as end-user advocate focusing on areas such as; return on investment, risk mitigation, data integrity, employee satisfaction, and sustainability.

Excellent relationship building and alignment building skills
Ability work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
1-3 years supporting system wide applications
Some travel, evening and weekend work may be required.
Technical degree or equivalent experience (Certifications/Work Experience) preferred
Strong leadership, meeting management, and presentation skills are necessary
Proven business process redesign/engineering experience.
Working knowledge of .Net, VBScript and/or SQL preferred

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:Fast-paced corporate office and manufacturing environment. Some stress may occur. Some travel may be required for training and go live support activities. While this position is primarily normal office hours, the job requirements will periodically require off-hour, long hours, and week-end work.
