Project Manager - Housing Permanent contract Working from home 36.25 hours per week £46k to £51k salary Our client builds homes and manages communities where everyone is welcome and everyone can thrive. Our client has a very exciting opportunity for a number of Home working Project Managers, with Sales Force experience. Working within the housing sector. You will be accountable for managing the delivery of multiple application projects around solutions such as Salesforce, Unit 4 Business World, Civica, Northgate and Office 365. This will include ensuring that the projects are correctly specified, delivered on time and meet business requirements and are within the agreed budget. Our client is focused on supporting personal development with our colleagues and have training around Salesforce, AWS, Azure and Google and we have a training package to support your learning. This role can be based from home, however the IT department operate from Preston, Lancashire and our business is UK wide therefore some travel to offices will be required. Please note, we have a number of opportunities available based over 1 year FTCs, 2 year FTCs and Permanent opportunities. More about you: You will possess considerable experience working as a Project Manager, ideally you will have Housing, service charge, or Finance experience. Ideally you will hold PM qualifications or be used to working to common methodologies, waterfall, agile, sprint, scrum etc. At application stage you need to evidence where you have led and supported an end-to-end lifecycle process of developing and improving Office 365 stacks including SharePoint Online, Housing Systems, ERP Business World and Salesforce. You will also need superb communication and presentation skills and experience of gathering, analysing and translating complex business requirements into business-friendly language and solution designs. Good knowledge of project management and process design software such as Visio and MS Project is also required. Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or other relevant subject, or related professional qualification / membership of professional body and / or relevant experience Experience of developing and improving Office 365 stacks including SharePoint Online, Housing Systems, ERP Business World and Salesforce Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and cloud management and monitoring platforms Experience of IT risk assessment, continuity management and the formulation of best practice governance models and principles Substantial experience of leading and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle process and successful delivery of large business critical change projects that are underpinned by a technology solution Demonstrable experience of gathering, analysing and translating complex business requirements into business-friendly language and solution designs Experience of managing budgets and resources efficiently and effectively Experience of managing multiple internal & external stakeholders including 3rd party suppliers, vendors and contractors Experience of undertaking accurate and effective cost benefit analysis Appropriate professional accreditations (PRINCE2) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Access, Powerpoint, MS Project, Visio, Project Centre Strong knowledge of and / or a natural curiosity for technology The benefits: We are a large diverse and ambitious business, which will give you job security and all the challenge you could wish for.
