The Role We re currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to support with resourcing across our branches in the London region on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to generate volume leads and applications using a variety of techniques such as CV searching, jobs fairs, job centre, and most importantly being active in the local community to build a professional network. The role has the main focus areas of attraction, screening and interviewing. However, the role will also support with some compliance activity such as creating and maintaining employee files, DBS checks and ad-hoc tasks. Salary: £25,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm Duties & Responsibilities Including, but not limited to: Actively promote the company and the role of care workers by being involved in recruitment campaigns such as attending recruitment fairs, colleges, universities, job centres, shopping centres etc Work with the internal recruitment service and other external partners to provide a constant source of candidates, including using any advertising methods available. Ensure the branch maintains a strong pipeline of new carers joining the business. Review online applications and dealing with any walk-ins to the branch Screen and interview all applicants When successful, send offer emails and forwarding relevant documentation to the compliance team Undertake other duties as requested by your Line Manager. Ideal Candidates Previous experience sourcing volume candidates using recruiter methods, preferably evidence of attending community events. Previous Care Worker/Healthcare recruitment experience is desirable. Able to prioritise, particularly under pressure. Great IT skills including email and Microsoft office.
