Recruitment Delivery Consultant - Non-Agency
Permanent People Rec2Rec are working with a consultancy business, based near Chippenham, who are looking to hire a Recruiter to work on existing Tech business in a Delivery capacity.
Due to large amounts of existing business, you will work on sourcing Tech candidates and delivering them into existing Client Projects.
There is an opportunity to learn from the Consultancy side of the business and develop your knowledge in some very niche verticals.
The role could develop in the future in terms of becoming 360, however, Delivery will always be at the forefront of your day-to-day activities.
Recruitment agency experience is imperative - be it 360 or in a Delivery role.
Ideally you will have a background in Tech or IT recruitment, however, if your background comes from recruiting into Professional Services or Technical recruitment, then our client will be open to this.
You will pay close attention to detail, work in a quality led manner and be keen to learn new verticals.
This recruitment vacancy is open to someone with six months recruitment experience as a minimum.
Along with a healthy basic salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn up to 50% commission in a quarter.
