Our client, a global manufacturer based in Bradford is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Main Duties: " Coordinate all incoming orders (parts and systems) " Checking all incoming orders are correct and liaise with customers, engineering, purchasing, suppliers and Sales person for missing info. " Check availability on parts on Sales Orders and liaise with purchasing department and suppliers regarding any shortages. " Liaise with service & contractor in preparation of commissioning, calibration or breakdown work in conjunction with customers. " Process / input all domestic orders on system. " Liaise with production (Sweden) to manufacture stock in line with order requirements. " Arrange for orders to be dispatched in line with Customer requirements. " Undertake responsibility for all returns and the process herein. " Provide Sales and Marketing Manager BOM s and costs on request (pressure related products. " Provide weekly order report and monthly sales report. " Provide sales issues and picking errors report. " Provide incoming order reports for certain key accounts. " Producing reports and other documents as deemed necessary " Take incoming calls from switchboard and log key information " Filing and general departmental administration duties. " Maintaining sales department data such as price lists, databases and general information. " Deputising for export administration in times of holiday and sickness.
