Moving to a paperless society is a huge driver for many businesses these days. There are many organisations that need your help. You will be integral to their digitalisation.
Your new role will be a scanning operator for one of the biggest Bureau organisations in the country. Many clients need to digitalise their archives. Electronic Mail rooms etc. You will be the one that will be integral making this happen. Document scanning, ensuring that the paper version is scanned correctly into the system and the original securely disposed of.
This is a 6-month contract with a view to the role becoming permanent. It's 40 hours a week Mon - Fri based in the office and you are part of a very small but well-connected team. There are plans in place to really grow this department so you're going to be part of a growing division.
If you have experience in Document scanning or handling then this would be ideal but if not, training is and will be given to get you up to speed very quickly.
