Vision for Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a village school south of Cambridge, working with a Pre-school aged, non verbal child. About the role One of our partner schools is looking to recruit a full time Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Preschool aged child with additional developmental needs. The child has global developmental delay and is currently non verbal but doesn't display hugely challenging behaviour. It will be a mix of working with them in class and some time out of the classroom. The role is temporary. About the school The school is a lovely village school south of Cambridge. It has a long standing staff team and there is a very supportive and collaborative approach to everything they do. Requirements To be considered for the role of Early Years Teaching Assistant you will: Have some experience or working in a school or similar setting in the last 3 years (6 months minimum) Have some experience of working with children with SEND Hold a TA Qualification (desirable but not essential) Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
