What you will be doing:

We are looking for an experienced Facilities & Utilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of resources and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool.

The goal is to ensure our business's accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions and business operations have the services required to operate without disruption.

The role:

Utilities and Facilities Manager

The Hours:

Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00

Will require earlier/later finishes and out of hours calls when required for emergencies linked to the role

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum

Specific qualifications required :

  • BSc/BA in facility management, engineering,
  • business administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as facilities manager or
  • relevant position (3-5 years experience in
  • Facilities Management)
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations and other environmental regulations (NEBOSH GC or IOSH for example)
